If you need to make a change to your design after checkout please contact us right away. We will do our best to work with you to make amendments to your orders in an effort to keep you fully satisfied. In the event you need to adjust your order please do your part and adhere to the following details.
*** Please double check all spelling for personalization and your shipping address. Chasey Design cannot be responsible for misspellings or incorrect shipping address. Personalized items do not qualify for returns. If there is a mistake, please contact us!! ***
**If choosing a two sided designed tumbler, please select your primary image and add to cart; then, in checkout comments please indicate which design you would like for the 2nd design. If you fail to include a second design in the comments AND/OR fail to contact us via our sales form within 24 hours we will choose a design ourselves which is a similar theme as the one you chose.
If you need to make changes and we do not hear from you within 4 hours from receiving payment we shall begin fulfillment. If you fail to inform us within 4 hours time and need to adjust there will be a restocking fee of 35% of that product.
Cancelations and Refunds: Orders are made-to-order. If you desire to cancel your order there will be a 35% restocking fee. No refunds given on customized products. If an item arrives damaged you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and we shall work with you to resolve.
